ARTICLE I
Section I. All legislative power shall be granted to the Senate of Imperium Slavicum, which will consist of citizen Senators presided by the President of the Senators.
Section II. Citizen Senators shall be elected by all of the citizens of the Empire every third week. No nation shall be a Senator without having citizenship in the Empire for more than four weeks.
Section III. The amount of Senators shall equal one Senator for every ten nations in the Empire, with the addition of the President of the Senators. Should any vacancy occur, the President of the Senators will issue a petition of election to fill the vacancy.
Section IV. The President of the Senate shall be a position elected by the citizens of the Empire for a term of three weeks. The President shall be in charge of reaching a consensus in the Senate so that laws may be brought unto the World Assembly Delegate of Imperium Slavicum. No President shall remain in office for more than two consecutive terms.
Section V. A quorum of two-thirds of all Senators must be present before any legislative action can occur. A law must have the approval of a majority of the Senate before it is presented to the World Assembly Delegate. Should the Delegate veto the law, the law would need approval from a two-thirds vote to override the veto.
Section VI. The Senate, in itself, is in charge of the legislation of the Empire and also has the duty of electing Justices of the Royal Court, of serving as a jury in the case of impeachment and of electing Councillors of the Executive Council.
ARTICLE II
Section I. All executive power shall be granted to the World Assembly Delegate of the Empire, who will be elected by World Assembly member citizens within the Empire and shall hold office for a term of six weeks. No World Assembly Delegate of the Empire shall remain in office for more than two consecutive terms.
Section II. The World Assembly Delegate shall be in charge of the Army of the Empire and may appoint the officer of the Army. The Delegate shall have the power, by the consent of the Officer of the Army and of the Senate, to make treaties with other states, so long as the Officer of the Army and two-thirds of a quorum of Senators give consent. The Delegate also has the power to wage war with other states so long as two-thirds of the entire Senate, the Officer of the Army, and the Founder of the Empire concur.
Section III. The Delegate may appoint a select amount of World Assembly member citizens to become Councillors in an Executive Council, of which must obtain approval from the Senate, to administer in the departments of the Empire. The Delegate may decide on the amount of Councillors needed for the Executive Council of the region.
Section IV. From time to time, the Delegate may issue a convention for the Founder, the President, and all of the Councillors to discuss the matters of the Empire.
ARTICLE III
Section I. All judicial power shall be granted to the Royal Supreme Court, which will consist of 3 Justices, including the Founder of the Empire, and to other courts which the Senate may establish and ordain for other purposes.
Section II. The judicial power will extend to all cases regarding the laws and Constitution of the Empire as well as cases concerning citizens of the Empire and of other regions. The Supreme Royal Court may also nullify any law deemed to be contrary to the Constitution.
Section III. The trial of all crimes committed against the Empire, with the exception of impeachment, shall be by a jury consisting of citizens of the Empire. In all trials shall the Empire state the charges of the accused. In the cases of impeachment, the impeached person, if plead guilty, may not enter in public office unless two-thirds of the citizens of the region consent and a pardon is given by the founder.
Section IV. The position of the Founder shall remain stagnant until the citizens impeach the Founder from executive office or the Founder resigns from office. Under such circumstances, the citizenry may decide upon the founder by a two-thirds vote, following due processes of the law.
ARTICLE IV
Section I. Whenever the WAD, along with two-thirds of the Executive Council and two-thirds of the Senate, shall deem it necessary, all parties must convene for a ratification amendments to the Constitution.
Section II. The Constitution shall be deemed by the Empire as the supreme law. All residents of the Empire must abide by the Constitution, especially those in public office, who are bound in oath to support this Constitution. All treaties that the Empire enters with other states must abide by the Constitutional law. Residents must also abide by treaties made by the Empire with other states.
ARTICLE V
The ratification of a majority of the nations residing in the Empire shall be sufficient for the establishment of this Constitution.
This Constitution has been approved and ratified with eighteen nations present, save the founder, on the fifteenth day of November in the year of two thousand fourteen by the following signatories:
